June 14, 1998 Kungälv, Sweden – Kungälvs Sjukhus Implements ORSuite® from IntegraSys.
Kungälvs Sjukhus, having agreed to serve as a pilot site for IntegraSys in Sweden, has successfully completed implementation of ORSuite®, its perioperative information management system for the Windows platform, in all of its operating suites.
As an added service to Kungälvs Sjukhus, IntegraSys demonstrated its expertise in data migration services by migrating several years of case data from an MS-DOS based program previously used by Kungälvs Sjukhus.
According to Leif Blomberg, RN from the operating theatre department at Kungälvs Sjukhus, “The implementation of ORSuite was a great success and bringing us a lot of benefits.”
Mr. Blomberg went on to say that it is the goal of the hospital to integrate ORSuite® with systems yet to be implemented in the region and to share one large regional database.
